It may look a bit of a mess here but trust me, when all those gorgeous fresh ingredients break down as they are slowly baked for a few hours, the outcome is heavenly...

ReplyDeletei have also had a very nice weekend, pottering around with my dad in perth, a massage, some shopping, fresh fruit and vege from the markets, perfect sunny winter weather - no complaints from me :)
