my creative space...

I've moved on (at least for the moment) from the circular motif that I can not get enough of, to the lovely granny square...
a little wonky, but getting there & just as much a delight to create!
...though I think brooches are my thing just now.

To see more creative spaces go over to Kootoyoo for a visit...

  9. hmm obsessed much? My Nanna made us all granny square quilts when we were little. Her technique was not the traditional little squares all joined together instead she would just keep on at the one square until it was the right size. A good winter project cause it kept her knees warm.

  10. Will you teach me? I've tried 'once' at Brown Owls but I haven't put any effort into it since. Ofcourse I have the needles and the yarn but no expertise. Figures.
