at my house...

A superhero turns 6!!

Toy Story 3 - finally! We've been waiting ever so patiently to see this movie, but the 6yr old wanted to see it on his birthday...
and cake...
a nice way to end the school holidays.

While searching for the (dreaded) Buzz Lightyear quilt, I also found my favourite winter quilt cover hidden in the depths of our linen cupboard.  I love this quilt, I'd almost forgotten we had it.
can't wait to snuggle down in there tonight...

We've been so slow moving over the last 2 weeks, bliss, how are we ever going to get out the door on time tomorrow?

  12. I went to see Toy Story 3 with my little 6 year old yesterday. She looked so hilarious in those glasses, I wished I had my camera - so glad that you did! We didn't quite go in costume like yourselves (he, he).

  13. P.S. Do you happen to have a pattern for those little crochet flowers on the right hand side down the bottom of your blog? My Mum is wanting to make one to put on a top of hers...
